Jim Rogers was a director of a hospital-based laboratory for over 20 years and has served on several committees and participated in numerous interdisciplinary initiatives to ensure quality services in a 353 bed hospital. He has more than 25 years of experience in health care management and joined UI Community Medical Services in 2005 as a Regional Manager.
Expertise
Jim has special expertise in personnel management and in regulations associated with laboratory testing, such as CLIA, OSHA, Bloodborne Pathogens/Chemical Hazard Communication and safety. He can assist your practice in laboratory technical consultations and quality review, developing policy and procedure manuals, developing a quality management program, and personnel management and conflict resolution.
